Project briefs

The project form asks for your name, phone number, email address, service and project description. Business name is optional. Please do not include passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information.

If you choose “Download project brief”, the file is created in your browser. Its contents are not sent to Eightweave. The form keeps your input in memory while the page is open and does not save it to browser storage. You control the downloaded file.

Sending an enquiry

When you choose “Send project enquiry” and agree to being contacted, your form details are sent through this website to our enquiry receiver so we can discuss your project. We use these details for that enquiry and related quotation discussions. We show a receipt confirmation only after the receiver acknowledges the record. Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Eightweave team can open.

Email, WhatsApp and Instagram

When available, direct contact links open your chosen email application, WhatsApp or Instagram. Those services handle messages under their own policies. A WhatsApp link may contain the service you selected; it does not include the personal details typed into the form.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the pages and operate the service.

Before public launch

This preview policy must be updated with the operating business’s contact details, hosting and enquiry providers, retention period and request-handling process before online lead collection is opened to the public.
