We choose per project, comparing hosted models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google with open-source models on answer quality, cost, speed and where your data is processed.
We set projects up so your documents and conversations are not used to train public models wherever the provider offers that option, and we agree who can access the data before we start.
