Who records the videos?
You supply the footage. We can discuss the shots your script needs, then edit the footage you provide. On-location filming is outside the current service.
Can you post the content for us?
Yes, if you need it. We include the publishing schedule, approval process and account permissions in the agreed quotation.
Are voiceovers and subtitles included?
They can be included in the content scope. Tell us the language, intended duration and whether you need a voiceover, timed subtitles or burned-in captions so the production work is clear.
Will you reply to comments and messages?
Comment and direct-message management are not automatically included. Posting, approvals and any community-management responsibilities need to be agreed separately.
