QR menus for restaurants & cafés
Eightweave creates digital menus that guests open by scanning a QR code. We organise dishes, drinks, descriptions and prices for small screens, then prepare the link, QR code and table artwork needed to put the menu in use.
Discuss your project
- Start here
- Your latest menu, prices and approved descriptions
- How we price
- A custom quote for the deliverables, revisions and support you need.
- Working together
- Remote collaboration worldwide, with agreed review points and a clear handover.
Is this the right
fit for your business?
Restaurants and cafés that want readable menus on guests’ phones, a menu link for Instagram, or a stable destination that can be updated as dishes change. It is a browsing menu unless ordering and payment features are separately scoped.
What the work can include
Know what
you’re getting.
The final deliverables, quantity and revisions are agreed in your quotation.
- Menu structure with agreed food and drink categories
- A responsive digital menu with descriptions and prices
- Food photos and dietary information supplied by you
- A QR code linked to the published menu and a table-card design
- Phone checks and an agreed menu-update handover
What we’ll need from you
- Your latest menu, prices and approved descriptions
- Logo, food photos and any dietary or allergen information
- Your domain or hosting needs and who will update the menu
What is scoped separately
Menu size, languages, hosting, domain and future updates are scoped separately. Ordering, payments, delivery and POS integrations are additional features. Printing is separate; you approve prices and food information before launch.
Put it into context
What could this look
like for your business?
A café menu could group coffee, cold drinks and food, with approved photos, prices and dietary notes. The same published menu link can be shared in an Instagram bio and encoded in a printed table QR.

A convenient menu destination for takeaway packaging and flyers

Your questions,
answered.
Can we change dishes and prices later?
Yes. We agree whether updates are managed by our team or through an editing tool included in your project. A stable menu link means the same QR code can continue to work after content changes.
Can customers order or pay through the menu?
The core service is a menu for browsing. Ordering, payments and restaurant-system integrations can be discussed as additional project requirements.
Can we share the menu on Instagram too?
Yes. The published menu link can be used in your bio, Stories and other channels, alongside the QR code used at your restaurant or café.
Do guests need to install an app?
No app installation is needed for a web-based menu. The QR code opens the published menu link in a phone’s browser; guests need internet access.
Do you print the QR table cards?
The agreed deliverable includes the QR code and table-card design. Printing is separate. Test the final printed QR code on several phones before placing the cards on tables.
